Dedicated account manager
Clients will liaise with one of our customer service team throughout the process. Who will support them via our business WhatsApp, on the telephone or email depending on our clients preference.
Process
Once we have all the documents we need from clients, depending on whether or not they already have a UTR (Unique Tax Reference), the process can take anything between 4-8 weeks on average to receive a refund.
4 Years
We can go back 4 tax years if a client has never completed a tax reclaim before.
Refunds
Refunds are received from HMRC to Fast Speed Tax Refund, where we deduct our fee and refund the remainder to the client.
Fees
Our Average Fee is 20%+VAT of Refund Received, We pay £25 per referral that successfully claims.
